About this product
West Corten Sense reproduces rusted corten steel, an orange-brown patina with the mottling and movement of weathered metal. It gives the look without the staining that runs off real corten, which makes it suitable above paving and glazing, on facades, entrance walls, screens and shade structures in landscape schemes.
The ALLPROBOND panel is built from a fire-resistant core between two sheets of 5005/3005 aluminium alloy, coated in PVDF paint that resists acid, alkali and salt-spray corrosion, UV and temperature swings. The high molecular resin core is stiff and resists cracking or breaking, and insulates against heat and sound. Panels take slotting, bending, punching, folding, drilling, sawing, gluing, riveting and bolting.
