About this product
A two-component polyurethane resin, component A plus hardener B, for binding rubber granules on sports surfaces and play areas. One product covers two uses. In the top layer it binds coloured EPDM granules, the visible surface exposed to sun and foot traffic, where the resin has to hold its colour and bond over time. In the shock-absorbing layer it binds SBR granules laid under the top layer or under artificial grass; this is the layer that provides cushioning and absorbs fall height.
The resin has high UV and wear resistance, strong adhesion to EPDM and SBR granules and a flexible, hard-wearing finish. It is supplied in 25 kg drums. Dosage and coverage per m² depend on layer thickness, granule size and substrate.
