About this product

Sandstone Corduroy is a pale wheat-cream porcelain with a dense micro-lined field, matt and evenly toned throughout. Very fine close-pitch horizontal fluting at corduroy scale gives the surface a soft grain that catches low sun and keeps large flat elevations from reading blank. It suits full facades, plinths and lift cores where a pale, quietly textured wall is wanted.

The panel is single-fired extruded porcelain with an internal honeycomb structure, rigid at 32 kg/m2. It fixes to a ventilated substructure of vertical profiles and clamps, horizontally or vertically with an open joint, and the air gap behind cuts heating and cooling loads by up to 35%. Water absorption at or below 0.5%, frost resistant, class A1 reaction to fire, Mohs 5 to 7.
