About this product
Desert Cream is a creamy vanilla base crossed by soft apricot horizontal banding, over a fine matt sandstone grain. Laid horizontally, the banding continues across adjacent panels and gives a layered stone look to long elevations, entrance walls and podium levels. Laid vertically with an open joint, the banding reads as a fine vertical texture instead.
The panel is extruded porcelain, single-fired, with an internal honeycomb structure that keeps it rigid at 32 kg/m2. It fixes to a ventilated substructure of vertical profiles and clamps. Water absorption is 0.5% or lower, reaction to fire is class A1, hardness is Mohs 5 to 7, and it is frost resistant and colourfast under UV. Stock formats are 40×80, 40×100 and 60×120 cm.
