About this product
Blond Ash is a creamy pale sand wood tone with fine wavy grain, small knots and a matt surface. The light, even colour keeps large elevations calm and works across full facades, upper storeys and entrance walls where a warm timber look is wanted without timber upkeep. Laid horizontally or vertically with an open joint, the grain direction can be turned to suit the building.
The panel is single-fired extruded porcelain with an internal honeycomb structure, rigid at 32 kg/m2. It fixes to a ventilated substructure of vertical profiles and clamps, and the air gap behind cuts heating and cooling loads by up to 35% while damping outside noise. Water absorption stays at or below 0.5%, frost resistant, class A1 reaction to fire, Mohs 5 to 7.
